The operational model focuses on the operational side of the value chain of the Business Model Canvas. It’s a kind of blueprint used to synchronize operational processes in relation to corporate strategy.
Complementing the Business Model Canvas, the Operating Model Canvas incorporates the following six elements instead of the Activities, Resources, and Partners elements: Processes, Organization, Locations, Information, Suppliers, and Management (POLISM).
